Camel & Japanese Food

Having been here now for over 8 months (can that be possible?), there are very few things that the kids see out the car window that surprises them. Somehow, the novelty of a camel strolling down the street never wears thin. Lauren spotted this one on our drive to the city last night to meet friends for dinner. Seems this camel could be carrying waaaayyyy more...
Perhaps these ladies could use some of it's spare "camel" power... as they walk along, barefoot, each carrying a huge load of tree branches on their heads!
We had dinner at a Japanese restaurant in the city and a fun time was had by all!

Hey everybody ive had trouble keeping up with the blog. Ever since i got back from france my days have seemed to be packed. However today i got to catch up on my reading because our baseball practice was from 6-7 am. It sounds like you had a fun (and informative) time at the agra fort and the taj Mahal. those are two places that i really wish i could see. congragulations to drew and taylor and, pat on winning their swimming medals. As for the festival of holi it seems to be quite a lot of fun i would like to know why it is celebrated. well i hope that everyone is doing well march madness starts tommorrow and if you would like to join then it is still avalible until the tip off of the first game which is 12 noon our time (not really sure of your time due to the whole india doesnt do daylight saving). Well i hope that everyone is having a good time and that you continue to stay happy and healthy.

P.S. Pat, coonformation is on monday June 1st just to let you know.
